highly experienced engineering staff, with expertise in analog and digital circuitry
as well as software design for embedded control
applications.
For every project, we select the most suitable microprocessor,
or the customer specifies a particular type to guarantee compatibility with his
standardization.
The engineering department has access to an EMC lab to verify designs in the
early stages of development and to demonstrate compliance of
the completed product.
One of the fields of expertise of the engineering staff is safety critical applications
control. This field of design, with multiple channels, safeguards and highly
structural design methods, is highly specialized. CDS electronics
bv has been
active in this field since 1982.
We have extensive experience of a vast range of capabilities and brands of microprocessors.
In-house printed circuit board designs ensure that our products comply with electrical safety and electro magnetic interference standards, To make sure that products are designed or redesigned to comply with the requirements of EC directives and may be marked with the CE label.
A very interesting recent project was the co-development of the electronics for a flight simulator.
"The Real Cockpit" is a project of TRC Development b.v.. and is a 100% realistic flight-training device in witch all instruments and gauges are accurate reproductions of the original instruments.
CEO of TCR Development b.v. Curt Roth Sr. (in the photo next to the cockpit) initiated the project in 1999 and it has become an entirely new concept for the production of flight simulators.
