The most important mission of CDS electronics bv is to supply our customers with high quality and reliable products and services. This not only concerns the quality and reliability of our products, but additionally extends to all other aspects of supplying to a customer.
The driving force behind our way of working is thinking in terms of long-term relationships, and being partners in a chain. To guarantee that our everyday practice is in accordance with these aims, our work is guided by a well-implemented quality system. This system is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 (1992 onwards). At this moment, we are certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 standards.
Practical processes for monitoring production performance and field reliability are implemented, and can be tailored to the needs of a particular customer. We believe it
is vital and beneficial to a supplier-customer relationship to deduce requirements and expectations in this field in an early stage of a project.
The most simple, yet also most accurate, definition of supplying good quality is: "supplying products and services that are in accordance with the customer’s needs
and expectations". In order to deliver excellent quality, you have to do just that, plus
a bit extra, all the time.
